Jenny Internet Cape Town

Biggest mistake I've made this year was to sign up with Jenny Internet. I have been calling their customer service line since I started using their services and I'm being told the same lie every time; that they are upgrading the tower I'm connected to. They never miss a day when they have to take my money, they even charged me extra for August. I'm paying for 10mbps but I hardly get 2mbps when I run the speed test, they are not even doing anything about that. I would not recommend their services.

If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get, they do not call back, they say the internet is fixed then my line speed is still sub par, when you request them to escalate or investigate they always make it out as if your equipment is broken the problem is never on their side, at this current moment if you want to go for Jenny internet I would highly go against that as their after sale service is the worst and when you request credit notes for having sub par (less than 2mbps internet) they only give R100 or so off we are paying for a 15mbps line I would not recommend them EVER.when you request a call back and no one ever phones you back I have used multiple rands and hours of airtime due to them not providing feedback or calling back

I was with compumission who were amazing, but then Jenny Internet took over and I have constant issues, today Internet has been down since before 4pm it is still offline at after 9pm, I work in IT with international clients and it is highly unprofessional so I have canceled my account and moving to a new isp

Hours of downtime almost every day… “will call you back with an update” is a blatant lie seemingly part of their induction programme… everyone’s “I apologize” sounds exactly the same, and to top it all, some Technicians think we all fools… don’t bother with them if you have alternative options!!

The service when it works is brilliant. When Warren was running the show in Gordon's Bay, the customer service was nothing short of excellent. Now it's nothing short of non existent. Tickets ignored, texts ignored. Promises made, promises not delivered. I know that there are issues with load shedding, but you simply need to go out and buy a new battery, connect it up to your mast. End of.

I have had Jenny Internet for over a year and what a brilliant service. I run my entire house on my wifi/internet system and have little to no issues. Staff and call centers are always friendly and willing to assist. I strongly recommend there services.
