Heritage Mowers

Excellent service here. I have a 2 stroke old style lawn mower. Most places I have used take ages to repair or find parts for it. These guys however are fast, friendly and very good at what they do. Good value too which is an excellent point as I will use nobody else now. Highly recommended.

Can't speak more highly of the amazing, honest, friendly and professional service I have had on both occasions regarding mower problems. Brad went out of his way to assist me today and saved me a repair bill, where others might happily have jumped at the opportunity to hoodwink an unsuspecting customer. Moreover, the dead" mower I took in was returned to me alive... at no charge. I fully concur with others' praise for this model business. We need more businesses to demonstrate integrity and excellence in customer service!"

Excellent service and advice. Even stayed after hours to assist and was super knowledgeable to sort out the problem. Helped us clean the seals and now we have a fully functional generator again that doesn't leak anymore. Amazing.

Poor service with no updates. Everyday I had to make a call to be informed it nearly done and could be delivered on the day.Week after week, they took their time and all the sudden we were informed the company don't want to take the job anymore…Extremely unhappy, poor service, poor communication, and the full tank of petrol became empty when returned.Very unpleasant to work with.

Worst service ever. 100% would not recommend. Family could not get mower back until many weeks of plenty of reminders. End up not fixing anything at all when they sent back. Super frustrating and got the family super disappointed. As every call was an empty promise saying coming soon the next day or nearly done. This happened over a month. 0 communication and trust. Worst business my family ever experienced.This is the most recent case. All the previous 5 star review are old and I cannot believe it.

Stumbled upon Heritage Mowers as I had been looking for a place to have my chainsaw sharpened. The service I received from Neil was quite extraordinary. A very helpful guy. He advised that the chainsaw did not need to be sharpened - and impressively spent a good amount of time, maybe around thirty minutes explaining the best way to use a chainsaw and advising me of the risks involved when using a chainsaw. I would say it was the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in many years. I noticed a few items in the google listing were out of date in terms of address and contact number when I came to review, so I requested Google edit, which Google has done really quickly, so kudos to Google too.

Friendly and sincere assistance. These folks are in love with lawnmowers.... Nice folks to deal with!!
