Went to buy wool and knitting needles. Wouldn't allow me to video call my son to choose what colour wool he liked - some nonsensical story about someone else copying a blocking table. As there is no online catalogue and not everyone is willing or able to go out during a pandemic this is a rather foolish attitude.Needless to say, I didn't buy the wool - I went and bought it elsewhere where they were happy for me to use technology to allow my son to choose.Edit: Further to the response from the owner, it was a video call, no photographs were asked for and I specifically stated which wool we wanted. Making customers feel like criminals is generally bad business practice.
