I purchased items before 9.30am today for delivery. No other people for delivery at that time. Almost 3pm and 3 phone calls later still no delivery. Worst service ever.

Unreliable in some instance but decent nonetheless.The process to receive heavy product accessible and easy. In store service friendly and accurate. Tellers could do with some healthy facial expressions to aid the process.Overall decent building material shopping experience.Service offerings as sources i.e. builders, plumbers, roofers etc could do with some credibility in terms of the data administration of these services which could be better organised and managed to support an enable customers to achieve greater flexibility in price and services. That referral fee" could make better sense if the customer knew that these outsourced services were offered and met a certain standard
