Friendly staff and food were good quality. Fast service. Asked for extra sauce and received 1 tomato sauce and 1 BBQ sauce. This for a rather big order. Therefore a 4 star rating.

Very dissapointing. Its Wednesday night, the que is outside the shop. We ordered online and only went 10minutes later to pick up the food. When we arrive we still needed to wait another 15min. 1 lady running her feet of between making ice creams, taking orders, giving out the orders with no help at all. The food was cold when we received it. Staff also not friendly. I gave it a second chance tonight but dont think i will go there again.

Giving it a 5 star for the lady behind the counter Maryna. She was working with 1 other person with a lot of orders coming in. She tried her best and was fast and efficient! Thank you. Staff shortages can be a issue this time of year.

Walked out not buying anything, didn't want to burden them since it was busy and burdened.You shouldn't work with people or customers if you don't want to serve them please. Please review your hiring criteria and selection process.

We ordered 2 x Steers Rave burgers with a small chips at Steers Port Alfred . I requested the lady behind the counter if she could put some extra steers salt in and leave an other condiments in place of 2 or 3 additional steers salts and she said she could not do that. We also bought food at the Wimpy in Port Alfred which next door to the Steers look their condiments they automatically put in the bag with their food. See photo attached of Wimpy condiments ( take note of the chips ( French fries) from Steers they were small and tasted terrible ( see photo attached) not the normal hand cut chips I normally buy from other Steers outlets

The staff is slow and they really have a don't care" attitude. Our food was ready but the lady was to busy dancing to make our order a priority. We got home and had cold stale chips and burgers with gherkins (I specifically asked for them to not even bother putting gherkins on the burgers). I even double checked with the cashier and confirmed that she had notified the kitchen staff. In fact

After ordering take out last night from steers ( bacon cheese burger and chocolate milkshake). I got food poisoning and was throwing up the whole night into early morning.
