I've wanted one of these German Military parkas since I was a kid and I've never known where to find them. I've had so many knock-off ones over the years that have just failed to live up to my expectations. I was over the moon when I found Parkas South Africa. I placed an order online, but the jacket was a little on the large side. I was on a tight timeline as I wanted the jacket before the cold front hit, so I contacted them and asked if I could return my original order and have it refunded, then I'd order a replacement the same day. No problem. My original order was collected less than 2 hours later, my replacement was dispatched the same day and my refund for my original order was processed within 5 business days. Throughout the process there was quick, friendly, and helpful communication from the team. Well done guys, all in all a great experience and a superb quality product – I've never been warmer!

This company is amazing! I bought the parka special (German and Serbian) they are both very good quality and my husband loves them. The sizes are true to size. I received my parcel 2 days after ordering.

Apart from the excellent quality, the service of the team at Parkas is phenomenal. Excellent service. I ordered a Serbian but was not happy with the style after it arrived. I emailed Wicus Van der Westhuizen to exchange for a German. The courier collected same day. I paid the difference and the German jacket got delivered two days later. I give them 10 stars.

The sheepskin slippers are beautifully finished and great value for money. I must compliment Parkas on their brilliant service. The wrong size was delivered in error and they sent a courier to collect the slippers the next day and the replacement correct siz arrived the following day.
