Like going on a mini holiday in your hometown. Dedicated parking spaces in front of the store. They stock things like almond flour, nutritional yeast and real vanilla at super prices. And the staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks Atlas, you made my day!

Go to place for spices and a variety of other stuff (beans, grains, lentils). Also mustard oil which is very rare but a special healthy cooking oil. The huge variety of spices are excellent and perfect for braaing and grilling. Special mention is the orange pepper steak spice which makes a great steak as well good for curries. You can also find some rare stuff like moong beans, poppy seeds, white lentils, tamarind etc. Must visit if you like trying new stuff. However I am not satisfied with their nuts (tried the walnuts and hazelnuts) they are pricey and the quality is not great (musty smell and taste)

Good quality products. Shop is neat and clean. Service is excellent. Staff always willing to help and they friendly too. Prices are reasonable. Great place to get some cake and koeksister mix, dried fruit and nuts and other wonderful spices in different sized packaging.

Spice shop that actually grinds and mixes the spices on premise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are shockingly inexpensive, most spices are less than $1 USD for a bag with enough to fill 2 jars the size you buy in a supermarket

I do not recall having to get personal shopping assistance without asking for one and to top it off, one of the Owner's Mr Ahmed took over the assistance from the lady shop assistant who was helping me!!!! For this, I will always shop for my Vegan live foods at Atlas!!! Humbled and very impressed!!!

Don't miss. This is the best place in Cape Town for exotic spices, grains, & more at very low prices. I can't find most of their stock in Germany so I bring a lot home with me.

Love this spicey Bo Kaap treasure - have been shopping here for 40 something years from my student years to my retirement years - one of the few places that serves the people at affordable prices always buy my spices, rice , lentils and oats here
