Great place stay in Capetown

Be suspect of of the reviews!!This unit has a good location close to the waterfront...but be careful booking this place. Here are some of the issues we had with our 10 day stay here.1). Super noisy street all night from racing cars and people yelling. 2). Tenants upstairs made a lot of noise all day/evening. 3). The light curtains made it seem daytime all night. If you need dark to sleep...bring something to cover the windows. 4). Dirty windows ruined the view in the living room. 5). The shower was broke and sprayed water all over bathroom. It took 2 days to get it repaired. 6). The bedding had URINE AND BLOOD stains on it. We didn’t realize it until after we had used it. YUCK!!!. 7). The internet was super slow...sometimes non-existent. 8). They have Apple TV...no good local tv ...especially with poor internet. 9). The oven gaskets need repair to be able to use. 10). The sleeper sofa seemed like it was broken down in the middle....very uncomfortable and hard to sit on. 11). The tub is hard to get in and out of because of the depth of it. Their are no grab bars for safety in a slippery tub. This could be a very nice unit with some maintenance. The way it is it is over priced. You can find better value elsewhere.
