MDS Collivery Durban

Rubbish service. Didn't do anything all day waiting for them since 8. And guess what their app says driver is 4.3km away" then it was 6 K away all day long and no show. It is now 17:30 and totally inaccurate system. Day wasted. Could have gone to work and been back and they still would not be here. How are you 3km away and then 10Km and the person on Whatsapp says they in my tiny little areas which is only 10km square? in the end at 18:30 CANCELLED! Driver delayedUpdate

Vishal and his team are just incredible. As a small business owner operating from Australia, I could not be happier with the service I’ve been offered and the assistance received thus far. THEY R FAST SERVICE BUT THEY SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING NICE

Even though I won’t be using the services of MDS ever in the future I think it’s imperative to note how dissatisfied I am with their services, I can’t find anything that I could acknowledge as even an effort. The agent we worked with, lacked in basic visa requirement knowledge. They lack organization, compassion and lack in the service you pay for. Even in trying to submit a complaint it falls on deaf ears as no one will give you any feedback or response to the emails of complaint.

Really frustrated as for months been asking for MDS to assist with their plug in as been having issues with my customer orders and they haven’t assisted me instead charge me for another delivery! Please can I be assisted with or I will be moving to the courier guy! Maybe this review will finally get my issues resolved

Online system is not user friendly as I could not make a payment. I asked for bank details and made payment. I was communicating with a rude lady (Dianne) who clearly doesn't know email etiquette. Their accounts system took several days to update the parcel for collection after payment was made on Monday. Today is Friday and they finally collected but stated the weight is 0.8 KG more but charged almost 5 times more than originally quoted. I will now be forced to pay the new quote to get my parcel in dbn. Will NEVER use or recommend to anyone.

Instructions were not followed on their behalf. My parcel was waiting to be fetched for an important delivery. They did not pitch to pick it up and lied on the email stating that my parcel wasn't available for collection. I advise professionals to never deal with this company especially with such important documents.

Worst delivery company in the country. I've had two situations where they claimed I measured my package size wrong before they remeasured and found out I was right. They charged me extra both times and refused to refund me. They also severely damaged one of my packages that was meant to be sent to the Takealot warehouse. It was rejected by takealot and MDS charged me to send the package back to me. They then refused to refund me for their negligence. Never using them again

I'm very unimpressed with the communication of this courier. They have had a parcel of ours for over a week. The riots and looting have been occurring in KZN , since last week, which I think is a very valid reason to delay the delivery. That is not the issue. My issue is their communication. They have not communicated with us about the status of the parcel at all. We heard nothing during the week and the riots last week. This week, when we called to ask about where it was, the woman who answered the phone could not tell us. I later emailed them and was told that the parcel would be delivered today before 4pm. We waited all day, and nothing was delivered. There was no communication about what has happened since - other companies such as Takealot let you know that your parcel will come the next day because the driver was not able to get to you in the day, for example. Now we do not know whether it will arrive tomorrow, or on another day. I think a courier company should be better at communicating with their customers than this.
