If there was a negative point option, I would go for it. Baby immunization by the clinic nurse who has no patience or empathy. In fact people who has no interest towards babies and kids should not be appointed in that position, just because they got a degree in hand but no humanity.

The staff at the till point are rude and have no respect for there customers. They scream from one teller to the next. I had a horrible experience with them today. People will yes its only R3.00 but the question is would they give you your whole purchase if you are short R3.00?????? You look at from a different perspective and say how many people actually check there till slips to see that they being charged the correct price????? Well today when I questioned a price that was clearly marked and I was over charged, they should no respect to me as a customer and only after I asked for a manager then only and only then did they decide that I meant business. The lady who supposed to help me with my refund never even apologized to say sorry for taking long nothing but be rude and show no respect to its customers. PEOPLE BE VERY AWARE WHEN SHOPPING CHECK YOUR TILL SLIPS MAJOR RETAILERS ARE ROBBING PEOPLE UNDER THERE NOSES, IF YOU ADD UP ALL THOSE R3.00 THAT TELLS A STORY IN ITS SELF.

This is the second time I waited forever at the self medication desk, the was literally no behind the counter.Please work on that.

Why book an appointment if the sister and receptionist is always on lunch. Don't they have the schedule of whose booked ???2nd visit here and same story they on lunch together even though appointment was booked

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. The service is absolutely disgusting. Workers stand around in little groups chatting and laughing, and are the most unhelpful with no knowledge at all. I needed assistance 1 lady called the other.... The other approached me saying she doesn't know and went back to chatting and giggling. Just by that unhelpful behavior I left and went to clicks. So happen at clicks I didn't even ask for help but I was approached and helped in less than 5minutes. Mall of africa dischem definitely not again.

My husband and I recently went to the Dischem Mall of Africa Clinic for our Vitality Check up. There was no receptionist at the clinic so we sat on the chairs , we had two appointments. The nurse called to check if we were assisted and I said no, she told us to go to the reception which I did, they then confirmed our appointments.While I was doing my check with the nurse inside the room, this lady Mahlako rudely came into the rude talking to the nurse in another language, while a patient is busy with a nurse, surely it is best practice for any one else to come into the room. This Mahlako then went out to the reception and was complaining about us to the reception. We were always so polite, we did make appointments so I am not sure why Maklako was so rude. Dischem Team please look into this matter.

Dischem Fourways Mall is overstaffed. 5 staff were leaning on the shelves lazily having a great social while customers are craving assistance from at least one attendant who is willing to assist. If the shop is self service then reduce staff numbers and consequently your prices. This store is specifically notorious for being grubby and with poor service.

What I love about Dischem you can buy a lot of things with a less price.

Disgusting. This store is just disgusting. It is poorly managed and just embarrassing for the DisChem chain. My wife is in a wheelchair and we visit the store very often. Lately she'd rather sit in the car while I get our essentials and leave. The store is impossible for a wheelchair to navigate. There are steel basket racks narrowing every aisle and more baskets at the end of each corridor making it impossible to turn a wheelchair. Moreso, the aisles are lined with plastic packing bins everywhere, loose baskets everywhere, items packed on the floor, loose items spilled on the floor, and a filthy floor it is. And those baskets are filled with what can only be described as ticky tacky. And as for the queue to the tills, it is the most obnoxious temptation aisle of any chain I've ever seen. And this is supposedly a chain aimed at healthcare and well-being. It is just ridiculous on a whole nother level. Most times we have to slide the racks a little to get the wheelchair through the narrow and over packed aisle. Then right at front of the line, what do you know, they put another tall, round, portable, steel rack just in case you forgot those Tim Tams you came to the pharmacy for. That last rack makes sure a wheelchair can't pass the first till customer with a trolley or a pram. So now we have to wait at the front of the line while the customer pays up and moves on, while we awkwardly hold up the rest if the cueing customers, as if we aren't enough of an inconvenience to society already. My complaints at the customer service desk fall on deaf ears. Asking the staff and cashiers to raise these issues doesn't seem to help. A year ago it wasn't nearly as bad, but since then it's been getting progressively worse. It's deteriorated in cleanliness and has been stuffed with useless sale items at every space possible. If the store manager or quality control representative is open to it, then my wife and I would like to offer you a tour of your store. If and only if you are willing to address the difficulties your customers face.

I ordered stuff and paid for delivery guess what im still waiting for my order it's been 24 hours already for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 60 min.....
