Horrible. Had these guys come in to install a generator change over switch. The items on the invoice were inflated by double with some items on the invoice not even installed. Had another electrician come in to give a second opinion and was told it’s not compliant. These guys didn’t even screw everything back in and there were sparks in the board. Had to pay someone else to fix what these guys messed up. They didn’t know what they were doing and were actually surprised when the generator powered the house. I got charged over 5,000 rand for parts that didn’t exceed 1,200. Please think carefully before using them, worst case would be that your house burns down with these guys that don’t know what they are doing. They left me with a mess to clean up and had to pay someone else to fix it. These guys even offered me electrical compliance certificate without looking at the house. I also had to pay them before they started because they “didn’t have money to buy the parts”

Ray and his team came out to fix a clogged toilet. He was onsite 30 minutes after the phone call and provided a professional and clean job. Thanks again Ray and team!

Wow! What an amazing service, called on a Sunday morning and he came through within an hour, and resolved the issue quickly. My gas hob was leaking and affected the entire electrical system.

Used Ray to fix my washing machine, and the outcome was horrible. Once he left to get a part, he was not responsive and ignore all my messages for days. Then he found the part in PTA, but didn't have money to buy it and wanted cash from me. When I suggested we will go to buy it together, he never bother to reply. Wont trust his ethics and will not use him again.

Ray and his team where professional, reliable, gave great communication and resolved my stove issue promptly. I would recommend Ray and will continue to use his services when needed.

They came so fast, and fix the problem immediately.

1 item fixed but charged for 4 as it was attended to while we weren’t there. Bill was huge & after complaining it instantly came down yet still double comparative costs. Honesty questionable
