Pathetic customer service at this branch. Cashiers will ignore customer standing at the till and waiting to place their orders. Then proceeded to tell me to use the self service machine which does not work when trying to make payment, no assistance even offered. The staff seriously need training on customer service as this has happened to me on numerous occasions.

Good day.Myself and my husband bought a Grand Spicy and grand classic chicken burgers as take away. When we got home only to be disappointed by very burned chicken crumbed fillet. The taste of the burger was very bitter when eating. Very disappointed because we had good service in the past from this store.

This store must have all its staff reviewed. The manager of the store is frying stuff while the staff is doing nothing, my order I was robbed for my food and made to like a rogue. This store must be shut down immediately. Thanks.

Worst service I have received from a food store in my life. I ordered through the McDonalds app and was informed that my order would be delivered within 40 minutes of ordering. After waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and not being able to get hold of this store via phone call (almost 10 calls) I drove down only to be told that they haven’t had electricity the whole day so can’t make my order, nor give me a refund. I am still missing my order and the money that I paid for the order (which included a delivery fee).

Operates just below your average Mcds service.... Which is average already. I suggest Mcds take accountability for the numerous bad reviews and experiences, be it a staff issue or otherwise. Mcds has the complainants detailes on here, so contact the customer and make it right! Don't ask the complainants to now waste their time going into your portals.
