RichardsBay. The queue at the help desk is 5 deep and the help drsk consultannt has dissapeated. ln the last 15 minutes there has been no visoble disinfection of the waiting room chairs. The sanitisers at the door are great. Pity the branch doesnt seem to undetstand COVID is a contact virus as well as airborne

I went to collect my card I stayed on waiting chairs until I go out almost 3rd time I haven't got my card. Only one Consultants I spend almost 5 hours waiting. No thanks am leaving this bank

Zero stars for no service. No one at Standard Bank can give us an explanation on how a large amount of money was taken out of our account without our knowledge and authorisation.After many calls to the call center, numerous emails and a full day's leave taken to sit at the branch in Richards Bay, we still have no answers or resolution.We want our money back and no one can tell us who to contact, that is competent to deal with this issue.Our funds will be moved to another bank.
