Becarefull and inspect your machine carefully. Repaired my machine but damaged other parts of the machine. Over filled oil as the machine was smoking badly. Sent technician to check but denied everything. It all happened mysteriously I guess. Still waiting for Vic to contact me....gave him the opportunity to resolve but he doesn't seem interested. Won't be making that mistake again....

Extremely poor service.. kept lying about when how long it would take and I ended up going back 3 times.And not cheap.And to top it off my generator isn’t running properly after the service.

I sent it my petrol lawnmower for a quote as it was starting and cutting out. After more than two weeks and me calling in they got back to me with a quote. I declined the quote and collected the lawnmower now its completely dead, does not even swing.

Chose to take a hedge cutter for repair due to ratings on Google - After seven days no response from this business. Visited the shop twice and left a message to be called back. Called after six days and was informed that the switches would be delivered the next day and was led believe that it would be ready the following day. Today 9 days later again visited the shop nothing had been done and the switches still not ordered. I was a fool thinking that i would receive any kind of professional serviced based on the disgusting state of the shop.

Dealt with these guys a couple of times, They know their stuff.They sorted the property generator numerous times without hassles, took my Ryobi generator in this week that was backfiring & idling poorly, They sorted it out before the end of the next business day.Running like a dream now, will definitely recommend.
