Very bad service. Especially where we sell stuff to the store.

It's perfect for shopping because it's not full.

It was very good the day i went there to sell my notebook .

They are selling defective second hand goods and they don't wanna take responsibility for their poor service. I bought a second hand USB modem which was not tested at point of sale and it turned out to be useless, no one wanted to help me when I returned their useless modem, including the woman so called the manager, who was arrogant and unprofessional. I won't even recommend this store to my enemy, every time you exchange your money with these crooks for whatever the product you buy, whether new or second hand just know that you are gambling with your money, no after sale care. I will never set my foot again in that particular cash crusaders store in tswelopele(tembisa) again and I will make sure I get my money back, at all costs!!

Its a good store but i would give it a five star review if they could work on getting more xbox games especially xbox360 games either than that you should check it out

Horrible customer service. Their offers are also very low but the charging very high when they resell. I would avoid this branch.Other branches buy and sell fair.
