They kept changing my address and took an extra 2 weeks to deliver because they still have the address wrong. extremely inconvenient.

Takes over 2 weeks before they even collect the parcel, literally every day when you call the customer care" line you wait 20 - 40 minutes to speak to somebody who will tell you " I have rescheduled the collection for today " and nobody arrives

Received a call from Shelton Koopman - a courier for Dawn Wing - asking me for directions in order to deliver my package. My address is in the heart of a CBD which is easily found by typing into Google Maps. When I asked him shouldn't he be able to navigate a map as a courier, his attitude turned very rude and arrogant, like he is somehow doing me a free favour by doing his job. I am expecting him to throw my package at the back of his delivery vehicle and never see my delivery.

Absolutely horrible service. They state they are unable to deliver my parcel, but they rock up at 19:00 on a weekday at a business address? They don't phone the client they just state undeliverable you should phone the customer service center where you then have to waste your airtime waiting in a que for 11min+ for a consultant to take your call. What happened to phoning the client yourselves!? Ridiculous really.

Honestly the most incompetent bunch with empty promises. I paid for express delivery which was suppose to be delivered in 1-2 days and have not received it a week later. I call in everyday to be told I will get my delivery on that day, which never happens.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!Says they delivered my package but they DID NOT. I have been trying to get an answer for over 2 weeks now, and have phoned over 7 times. Everyone just tells me, 'I'll escalate it.' Then never comes back with answers. Pretty sure my package was either lost, damaged, or stolen. Someone even marked it as delivered and signed for on their system! Who does that???

Actually rating is zero. Been at home for 2 solid days waiting for a delivery yesterday theyCall centre cant help despite me getting sms to say its out for delivery. Very bad service. Woolworths needs to change their courier service

How does one get hold of this company, driver crossed solid white line and then tried pushing me off the road. All emails for Dawn Wing and DPD Laser kick back and all contact numbers not in service.
