The service is horrible. I've gone there twice and been told there's no electricity and can't do anything. One time the doors were closed completely with a barely legible sign. The second, I was told my parcel is moved to Heuwelsig... without my knowledge. I was never informed even though all my details are there. Honestly they're paid to do nothing at this point.

Most incompetent, slow, unhelpful and rudest staff I ever encountered at a post office. Management must really make a plan. It is a disgrace !

Horrible, near non existent sevice. Staff had a no care attitude and refused to assist customers.The shop is also not wel maintained, e.g. lights not working, dry pens, etc.Also refused to help with tasks not requiring the computer when the power went out.Personally will not use their services again, will rather pay 10x more to have my items couriered to me than to deal with such incompetent, unprofessional and unpleasant staff.

Arrived at the Post Office at 16:55, walked in through the open, unlocked door only to be told that they aren’t offering any services because they are closed and they have already cashed up. Pathetic!

The one star rating is for the two people sitting behind the counter who showed up for work and for an open door - so sorry they get paid for doing absolutely nothing while that door is open! No pride in what they do. Absolutely non existent service!

Danhof Post Office @ Preller Walk in Bloemfontein must have the rudest and most imcompetent staff ever!!!! Totally useless.....it is a disgrace that the manager has not done anything about it......
