Joe Davis Locksmiths - Newton Park

We went to Joe Davis In Frank Street to have a boat key made. They cut the key and when we got home the key did not fit 100%. We then called them and they offered to come to our premises which is about a 40km return trip. Fortunately I had to go to town the next day and took the key in with a witn a sample key. They said they need a day to search for such a blank as it's a very rare blank.We left the key there and they called us the same day with our new key. All at no extra charge than what we paid for the original key. Just want to say thanks a mil for your great service and going beyond to help us..much appreciated. Regards Nicky and Vian Wilken.

Phone line permanently engaged, phoned North End branch, got transferred to 'Sales' where no one answered, receptionist took my number for Sales to phone me back and received no calls. Customer service is non existent.

Bad service, all the way from Jefferysbay to have new key and ignition serviced. But can't assist on a Saturday......to much work for a Saturday,they claim they 24 hours.

I am so impressed with the after sales service I received. Thank you! After 4 attempts to get these keys right at other providers...success!

Today i had the best service in a long time.Our Boat's key broke off in the ignition and a piece was stuck that we couldn't get out.I tried a few places and they said they couldn't help due to it being a solid unit and cant be taken apart.I then went to Joe Davis and what a pleasure it was i walked in the guy looked at it and with confidence said he will be able to remove it.They removed the piece of broken key that was stuck in the ignition and made me a new key again.Well Done to this team, from the get go you can just see the have pride in there work.

Not very responsive. I don't understand why they would add a Whatsapp button on Facebook but then dont respond. It's been 3 days and they haven't responded.

Phoned in yesterday re a rifle safe i wanted to buy,guy said he will get back to me,still has not called me back!Clearly they dont need a sale of 8k .Def wont be buying anything from them .Houdini offers better service
