Genuinely, once you experience a holiday with Horizon I believe it will not be your last.. This place seems to have a peaceful, nurturing environment yet with exhilarating rides on beautifully cared for horses, knowledgeable guides providing information on wildlife & fauna & a team where nothing is too much trouble....Food is varied, wholesome & delicious with plenty of variety to suit all. The rooms are not only very comfortable & spotless but have the best views of the dam & surrounding areas.. Horizon is definitely a place for the soul ..

Absolutely amazing place with stunning scenery, game and gorgeous horses. Cannot recommend it highly enough- the staff are incredible and spoilt us rotten the entire time we were there. This is everything a Horse riding holiday should be.

Heaven on Earth. Horizon met and exceeded all of my expectations. I spent a thrilling week there going on lovely rides that were excellent for experienced riders but could be tailored for beginners. It was incredible to interact with the wildlife from horseback, a completely different experience from the Jeep safari I did. But the best part about Horizon is the amazing staff. It's like a little family. They are all so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are having a good time. They were even able to (deliciously) accommodate my severe gluten allergy. All in all, it was an incredible week that I feel lucky to have experienced. Thank you Kirsty, Laura, and all the staff!!

Loved the relaxing atmosphere, the delicious food and the amazing horseback riding through the bush of South Africa! The staff was friendly and attentive. Accomodations were comfortable and spacious. Only one of four in our group was an experienced rider, but that didn't matter. Horses were chosen for our riding levels and we were taught a few horseback skills. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Great family holiday with outstanding rooms and amazing staff. This place is very special. The riding is good fun with well looked after and well schooled horses. The guides really add to the experience.
