Just got back from shop. Should've been a 5 min water pickup, after 20 min in queue and a RUDE assistant I politely left, Shall not return here!

This is a hidden gem. Bought over by new owners that have changed the menu and kept some golden oldies. The chicken yiro, breakfast bun and smoothie is my favourites. I stop by here often for the food and some good conversation with the staff. Super helpful and friendly. The lady who owns it has really done a fantastic job. I give this place a 5 star.

I visited kloofnek grocer at 22:30 on a Thursday. I was so surprised at the amazing customer service. The manager; Nobel; was so happy to help us, and made us feel very welcome. Truly recommend.Ps: Great music

the store recently went under new management, and you can actually tell. new things are being stocked in store, variety is great and the food is fresh. this is my favorite little corner store by far, happy to support them daily.

That came out of my small steak pies! Would never buy anything to eat from them again, I have been buying from them for over 7 years. Now I am never ever bying food from them again.

breaks my heart to write this, because I love this place. but i wait over 40 minutes for food on the regular and honestly all that means is that I'd rather go anywhere else instead. to make matters worse, the food simply sin't good enough to make up for this. main problem seems to be the management, as employees are kind and lovely - but whether they are understaffed or badly managed, something has to change asap
