Faull's Pharmacy

Avoid avoid the staff there is rude and thier manager is worse i went there to buy a mask they sold me a toilet paper/tissue made mask when i realised it was made with toilet paper when i was outside the shop they refused to take it back,they are so cruel.

The service is great. Particularly if medication or products are not available they bring them to your door.

Good customer service and very polite and patient no matter how the customer overreacting thy still help them with a smile

I've noticed that Faull's Pharmacy has received some bad reviews and I don't think this is deserved. This is an old local pharmacy with deep roots in the community who tries their best in difficult circumstances. Let me share (below) a note that my wife and I wrote to them today.Dear Kim and Team

I grew up around the cotner of this pharmacy it was always a nice place and over the years their dedication to customers has stayed the same. The fact that they have been around for 40+ years shows you how well rooted the place is established in the community.

I am very disgusted by the way the staff treated my elderly mom and daughter at the pharmacy based in Voortrekker Road in Parow today. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction and my mom took her there to get medication for the allergy. The lady that supposedly assisted my mom didn't even bother to really look at my daughter's allergy and just brushed my mom off and said ' Agh it's just an allergy, just continue with allergex.' The pharmacy should really make an effort to care and listen to their customers.My mom left the pharmacy very upset because she didn't get any help. She went to Shoprite's pharmacy in Shoprite Park and was assisted and my daughter got what she needed to treat the allergy. WE WILL NEVER GO TO FAULL'S PHARMACY in Parow again. Services are appaling!!!!!!!

I work in the customer service industry for over one and a half decades and it is refreshing to have such great service from Faull's Pharmacy. They have never let me down. They have always been very quick with deliveries and transparent when there was problems with the delivery. They have won my loyalty.

Do not go to this pharmacy! I was extremely disgusted to see how a lady was treated today by one of the staff. She had the audacity to tell the customer that she's free to go somewhere else and to which the customer responded fine next time I won't come here"...and the pharmacist response was "actually you can leave now" and basically refused her service. I was tempted to leave after witnessing this but was desperate at that moment but will never return again! Get off your high horse and work on your customer...cause that's what you are there for...you are providing a service!"
