Shocking, shocking experience. 1 pharmacist a queue pretty much out the door. Lots of staff standing around but no assist. 1 cashier after forever in the pharmacy queue, Rude, unhelpful. No other words. Shocking. Not even 1 star.

I always use this Clicks and there are a couple of people that could improve on their service skills however I want to rave and compliment the most consistent outstanding service from Tebogo Motene , this lady is super professional and so client centric !!! I think she carries the entire team !

Absolutely the worst! And to read that 5 months ago people shared the same horrid service and nothing has changed. 1 pharmacist working. The queue growing. 4 to 5 people working behind and 2 or more taking lunch. I waited 30 minutes for service.

I would just like to say that everytime I buy a product from clicks it is always not full, I bought bath salts and nail polish remover and the bottles are not full and don't have a proper seal

The usual horrendous Clicks customer service, just on steroids. There are lik 10 people working in the store and walking around but only eve rlike 1 at vthe till. Management would stand at till seeing a long line of impatient customers and would to nothing to help. Budget time for waiting into your day if you choose to come here...
