Worst service received from the Gateway Store staff/ Manager/Owner.I purchased a Busby mens wallet a month ago and within this period the stiching had come loose.Returned to the store only to be abrubtly and rudely told there is nothing can be done.The front assistant went to the back of the store to speak to the owner who did not bother to leave his office to check how he can help. He informed her nothing can be done.Wasted precious time going to the store and wasted money on a purchase that cannot be used again.Will never recommend this store, their service is pathetic to say the least.

Purchased an expensive wallet from this store. When purchasing, sales staff were very helpful. When a problem occurred with stitching on the wallet, staff said nothing can be done by them. Additionally it's over a year and warranty is over. It can be sent for restiching for an additional cost. I'm pretty sure wallets are not meant to last for only a year. If you looking to buy a wallet to last you a year or two, this is the store. If you looking for something to last you longer suggest another store.
