What a terrible experience, again. One would imagine in a store like this SOMEONE would have enough knowledge to know what a port is!!! Staff are more concerned about speaking amongst themselves than assisting on the floor.Goodbye Ultra liquors, I'll happily support other liquor stores in the area.

Amazing selection of alcoholic beverages with great specials. The staff have been really friendly the 3 times I've been there. Today in particular wasn't the best experience because there's not enough ventilation and I think the generator was on because there was just car fumes everywhere and just breathe that in the whole time you're there. Even the one staff member complained. Other than that, this place doesn't disappoint. There's also a lot of parking on the premises.

We spend over R60 000 a week and dont get good service most of the time. The cashiers are not even smiling nor greeting and not very helpful. The bulk tellers are usually one on the floor most whrn its busy most of the time and the security gives a vibe of its too much of an issue to check the stock. There are also no prices or wrong prices to most of the stock on the floor. The owner must really do something, maybe he doent care?

Great pricing but variety is very limited. Expect the standard stuff on the shelves and unbeatable prices. Don't expect friendly staff.

Poor selection of beer. No craft beer in the fridge. Loud music like you’re in a shebeen. Rude and unhelpful people at the till. Woman wouldn’t even respond to me and refused to pack my items in a plastic bag. Will not be back.

This is a medium to large liquor retail store, which seems to be very well stocked and which caters to bulk purchases. They also appear to be competitively priced! It is worth a visit if you prefer a larger store and don't want to visit the likes of a Makro.

Terrible service. This place is huge so it is difficult to find what you are looking for. Over a weekend- there was no one on the floor to assist and ladies at till very unfriendly and unhelpful. Don't care if it is cheaper, my time is valuable so I won't shop here.
