Im hppy with ur service

On busy days its always packed, they need to open all tills on those days. We love shopping at Boxer but it is very difficult to do so on busy days. You will find long queues with closed tills and that doesnt makes any sense at all. Please look up on that issue. I am sure i am not the only one with similar experience or view of things.

My Name Is Brenda Mamosebo. I am not so happy about their Trolley Services. I was Forced to pay R20 by A trolley Boy and even been threatened for my car to be scratched if I don't pay R20 for My Groceries that I bought at boxer Lebowakgomo of the value of +- R1200.00. Trollies are made for shopper friendly and for us customers to carry our Groceries to our cars. I was so angry and Disappointed as the Trolley dispatch boy who works at Boxer Lebowakgomo with no Name tag was harrasissing me claiming and Demanding that he wants that R20 on the 24th of December 2022. I so scared to shop at boxer Lebowakgomo because of the treads and the experience I encountered because all I wanted to do was to load my Groceries in my car at the parking lord. Boxer Lebowakgomo please do something about your Trolley boys who are harrowing your customers to pay them R20 after we've spend a lot in your stores. I'm so Disappointed. Regards Brenda

The boring part is that policy which says trolleys can't live the store n we hv 2 pay a person R5 to escorts us with it 2 our cars. Wat kind of policy is the which inconvenient 2 customers

I tried to get money ,from their cashiers it was such a nightmare ,i only needed R450 and the lines were so huge , u cld think i was asking a million,they dont want with money,yet its a huge risk to stay with a lot of money in tills,better to give it to pple who are doing withdrawals.

Good place to do all your shopping need & it always has fresh baked bread in-house.

From time to time I take banking errands for friends and family who are too comfortable to do it themselves for a small fee.On this occasion I was banking at Capitec.Since the Capitec ATMs at LeboMall don't take deposits and queues are almost horrendous I decided to use the other Capitec next to Boxer.After a refreshing thirty minutes in the queue I popped into Boxer for their reasonably priced and tasty Brown Bread and a can of Cola to kill the thirst.Boxer ia a relatively cheap store that is why it is always crowded.Their service was very friendly.The Cashiers still pack your groceries after cashing up while you're just standing there feelings important. On the part of Customers I consider this a shame. I pack my goods while the cash up is in progress, this way congestion is reduced.

Long ques and prices not updated on the system to the ones displayed on the shelves

This place is neat and very affordable, the staff are friendly and helpful.... Their shelves well organized.. I enjoyed shopping there
