I had a wonderful experience with Zander Projects, they were efficient, performed exactly to the schedule they had proposed and have been very responsive to any additional issues that were unforeseen I would highly recommend you consider them to quote on your building projects. The minor issues i had months later were all very swiftly resolved without difficulty!

Zander Projects built a second dwelling for us a while ago. What a pleasant experience! Pieter is a man of his word, if he says he will attend to something, it just happens. Very reliable & well priced. He came in on budget, no nasty surprises at the end. Very professional and great attention to detail. I would certainly use his services again if the need arose.

Such an honest, hard working and reliable team. I have nothing but praise for Zander Projects.

The company is not currently(as of 06/10/2018) registered with the NHBRC-expired status so that doesn’t help if you needed recourse or report unprofessional behavior.The owner is a little forceful sometimes but you get used to his personality. The quality of work sold was good but sadly, material used to execute the work is below average. The finished product looks good but the shortcomings become obvious very quickly. We re-did our paving and less than two months after job was completed- the cement that fills between the paving bricks has come out in parts and not only come out but has disintegrated into sandy substance.We also had drains outside our property to reduce the flow of water into the yard- the concept was well executed but the quality of the grating used was substandard and was warped and rusted before they finished laying them. I had asked about the quality of the grating before they welded/fitted as I noticed the weight and the rust but his matter of fact response was- let us do our job. I let them finish and the final product was impractical and inferior and needless to say we did offset this against his fees and got a proper grating company to re-fit this. Every other person who looked at it to provide a quote for correct grating was shocked at the bad quality and incorrect fitting of the grating.A few things from my experience if you must work with Zander projects is to insist on itemized detailed work to be done as the owner is very quick to jump to what the contract states etc. during the process and if this was not specified it becomes hard to get things done your way.Also, buy your own paving/material to the extent you can as the quality of material used was not very strong and just pay for the labor and finally, document your conversations and follow ups as he lost his professionalism and courtesy after the grating issue- He took the grating out of our driceway without alerting us and damaged the paving and cement I suspect so that my car would go into the trenches. Spiteful individual and criminal behavior.Very Pricey and bad quality material- i would look around first and see what other companies can offer.

Pieter did an extension to my home in 2009 and we were super impressed .I'm now in the process of selling my home and need the plans.I'm sure I could have gone to the council but decided to call Pieter to check if he by chance still had a copy of the plan.He said he would look and get back to me .An hour later , he calls me and says he has the plans.Thanks ever so much Pieter, you could have just said no , you made every effort to check for me  .I must add that the extension done by you 11 years ago , still looks like the day you completed the job.Once again a big thanks to you and I can really recommend Pieter.

Pieter and the Zander Projects team are top professionals- they did an extensive renovation of my outside patio and pool area and the results a world class.

His work is definitely incomparable.His team is very trustworthy and friendly. You can always relay on them.You will feel at home when they are finished with your project.I will recommend Zander Projects to anyone who is looking for the best quality in their project.
