Thank you for operating during a public holiday and staying open beyond your operating hours just to accommodate the public. I received friendly service from the staff, from the lady that assisted me at the till to the gentleman who refilled my gas tin. Pitty I do not remember their names, I would give them special recognition.

It's a good hardware but Las time my mom received bad customer service, she went to fill a gas tank and the person who was helping her filled it and after filling it was linking, he told her it's not his problem so she was scared she told him to netter empty it so she paid for nothing. I also had bad customer service when asking for house electric wiring quotation, the lady who was helping me she did the whole thing while she was on a personal call, and she didn't even give me an option to choose since she was on a phone, I left the shop immediately I had to buy elsewhere but my first choice was build it

Normal hardware store, prices were comparable to other hardware stores around. I bought some fencing materials there after comparing with other stores in their vicinity. Those that matched prices did not have stock.
