I ordered hair from 25 June and till today 13 July nothing. They ignore my texts and continuously lie about when they'll deliver the hair. Don't even order from them. These people are a scam very unprofessional and you can't even call them telephoncally.

Don’t buy from these people I bought my wigs in July to date there is nothing , they keep sending empty promises Esethu Mqhayi if you think you can scam people and get away with it u need to think again.Watch and see .I advice that we all call capitec and report her account

I ordered a wig on the 14 March and I keep getting false response, they recently are not responding to my request. Such bad service. This is not for the 1st time, I once went the and they cut my ear with a razor blade. I am just not sure what to do anymore because I have paid in full.

Never order online if you know what's good for you. You'll never get your hair. They ignore your texts and they won't deliver. Hairmaster online is a scam. I lost my money

Absolute scam. I ordered and paid - that claimed it went to wrong account. Second time round they don’t respond or pretend the wigs will be sent. WhatsApp is not answered, phone on voice mail and no response on Instagram.It’s a well planned scam. They probably do not even send out a single wig - great pics but their business is the scam - not wigs.Please don’t waste your money.

They are thieves. They are a scam. I bought hair from them in January. I got my hair after a week or so. I had to take it back cause it was bad quality hair compared to what they advertised. They promised to give me back new hair and till this day I’ve been waiting. They ignore me on all social platforms. They even blocked me on instagram. No business ethic and they are very unprofessional. This is what they clear good at doing. Scamming people of their hard earned money. I’m going home to Mozambique to bewitch them. No 1 messes with my money get away with it. NEVER!!!!
