Our Barbers are a cool cutting crowd of blokes and babes with one solid agenda: to groom you, good & proper. At Sorbet Man, we take our cuts & shaves seriously, with only the finest products in our hands and the keenest attention to detail. The barber shop menu extends from cuts & shaves to colour treatments too, with a whole lot of style to choose from. As for our grooming therapists, they add a double serving of awesome to our man cave with their offering of massages, waxes, facials, manicures, pedicures and more. Our Sorbet Man crew consists only of trained and qualified industry professionals that put their Sorbet stamp of excellence on every service they deliver. Had to wait for a long time for a haircut, and then the woman who cut my hair took a while to do it. Felt like it was her first day and her very first customer ever. If I had been informed about it, I would have understood. R 250 for a haircut that took two hours to do. Moved along.

My first time going here. Thank you so much to the team at Sorbet Man La Lucia. Humphrey (I think that's his name) incredible. By far the best fade and haircut. Especially my beard trim and fade. I've been to many places and never gotten it right. The hot towel shave is a must for anyone looking to have a shave or trim, very neat and the products they use are good quality. I have sensitive skin so no irritation and breakouts. Humphrey made sure that I was comfortable and was a perfectionist when it came to the haircut. You can see he is someone very passionate about this. Good luck on your studies for cosmetology. I had a great chat with him about boxing. If you ever need a reason to spend on yourself. Try it. The haircut and shave is well worth it here

I required a gents cut on short notice as my usual salon could not accommodate me. I called Sorbet Man and had an appointment in 15 minutes. I can’t even begin to explain the professionalism, expertise and attention to detail Vuyo displayed. Im definitely going back!

You charged R355 for a man's haircut and beard trim. Pravinas at Gateway charges R230. This is significantly outpricing yourself in market. Joburg prices haircuts at R260 maximum. If you continue at these prices given the current SA economic climate don't expect to maintain profitability.

Phoned La Lucia branch and booked a specific barber at 13H08 yesterday, earliest time they were available was 10H45 today. I arrived at 10H45 and was asked to wait 10 minutes while they finish a client. 30 minutes later I was told that my booking wasn't put into the system and that they were now fully booked. Terrible service and a half hearted apology as they escorted the next client to their seat.

I loved the great customer service. The Reception staff and Barbers are always really friendly and polite to me. I have always been assisted as soon as I walked into the store. I have always been offered a a refreshment and its always been the best. The barbers have excellent choice in style and gave me the treatment that I deserve. When I leave the store, I feel as if I am a new and improved person.Thank You Sorbet Man La Lucia for the fantastic treatments.

I was given a gift card for Sorbet Man a long time ago and found it after a few years. Went to the La Lucia branch and was helped by a friendly person at reception who was helpful and enthusiastic about the products there. He also checked and told me that gift cards are valid for 3 years. I did not have a treatment but purchased some products. Just on customer service alone this store is excellent.
