Elmarie, in particular, I cannot thank enough for her over and above level of service...going so far as to use her personal time to assist me in what was a difficult and unexpected move. The professionalism of the company as a whole was beyond noticeable (I have used storage all over the world) and compared to local offerings Stor-Age is peerless and Elmarie is the kind of staff member I pray for every time I advertise an open position in my company. Very SAFE and Excellent service. Ryan was exceptionally friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I was able to view various different size storage units before making my decision. All additional costs like insurance were mentioned to me upfront so no surprises with the final cost. They have a generator and are operational during load shedding, all the security measures (e.g., the cameras) are also operational during power outages.Lastly, their boxes and bubble wrap are well priced. It is literally a one stop shop for your moving needs. Highly recommend!!!!!

I rented a space for more than l year, no incidents lm aware of, safe and secure storage

My wife and I were very satisfied with how clean and safe the store facilities were.We were so grateful for Elmarie van der Merwe and her helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism.However, StorAge removed the lift without any notice. We hired units on the first floor, because of the lift. Then removing the lift, without the ramp they want to built in place, was very uncomfortable. We are pensioners and had to carry everything up the stairs. I think it is breach of contract.This happened while Elmarie was away on sick leave.I will any time recommend Star-Age West Rand.
