I gave my brand new laptop to them for a simple cosmetic fix and it ended up more damaged than it was before I gave it to them. Please get proper QUALIFIED staff. Being a PC Technician myself, it angers me to see the quality of work and standards that their technicians have. I won't be setting my feet in any Matrix Warehouse outlet ever again.

I went there on the 28/12/2019 to buy a new laptop as the guy who worked at the front couldn't put his cellphone down and answer questions in connection with the laptop i wanted to purchase he told me that even if he wanted to sell it to me i couldn't afford it i went to hi fi corporation and I brought my laptop there would recommend rather go to hi fi corporation
