Went into the Ross Champion Mahatma Gandhi branch 3 weeks ago, I was told the quote would be sent on the day. I called their offices 8 times within 3 weeks and was told different stories.The best Ross Champion Branch has to be Prospecton. I’ve been there before and they kept me up to date, offered an amazing service. It’s a pity it’s far from where I live.Point branch did not bother based on the scratch not being a “big” job. - I was even asked if the scratch was all I came in for…not great!

From the moment I drove in, I received such a warm welcome from the staff. They inspected my car thoroughly and advised me what needed to be done. I also like that they kept me informed via SMS during each process that my car was going through so I was aware what was happening. This is not the first time using Ross Champion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for excellent and friendly service.Thank you Bongo for making me feel that I made the right choice in choosing Ross Champion. Your knowledge of cars is impeccable.

Ross Champion South Beach in Durban is a good establishment. My car was fixed within 2 days. Nkululeko Malinga and Bongo offered me an excellent service.

Had a few issues that weren't rectified at first, was a nightmare.gaps and not aligned parts were passed to be handed over as a complete job, went to the branch about 6 times and it still wasn't rectified, staff turned a blind eye as if those gaps did not exist, trying to conn me into believe the car was made like this.However one person turned all of that around by being honest, decent and very helpful.Thank you Sherina of Ross champion for making sure everything was done to perfection!!

Excellent service by Ross Champion the staff was very welcoming .When I arrived to check on my daughter's car I was told that it was done and dusted. Nonku Malinga assisted me nicely and made sure that I understand everything that was done to the car. I was given the chance to go around to see tha everything is in place and the way I wanted them to be. Thank you Ross Champion and keep up the good work Nonku.

Nigel's (the manager) leadership, expertise, and dedication to their job set them apart, and it is clear that they take great pride in the work that they do.
