couldn't ask for better service for our wedding day! All our guests were kept well hydrated throughout the day and evening, not once did I ever or see anyone else have to ask for anything. Although there were only a few helping for the day it felt like we each had a personal butler

Service Excellence staff are incredibly well-trained and professional. It was the attention to detail and small things; napkins were folded when guests left their table, plates served and cleared from the correct sides, staff looking neat and tidy, plates only cleared when speeches weren't being said, food all served promptly at one table etc. I can highly recommend Nicky and the team to assist with any event!

Hey Nicky! Hope you are well. I just have to message to compliment you on your service excellence team. We were at a wedding on Saturday and honestly our whole table was raving about the team. You have done such a good job. The team is professional, well spoken, they are efficient but non-invasive. Well... I say all this and speak specifically to our lovely waitress, Stephanie. Honestly I have never had such good service at a wedding, let alone had a waitress introduce herself to us when we sat down. We also looked away and back again and our drinks were full and replaced. She is gold, look after her.

Awesome and professional barmen... Our request was last minute but Nicky and her team arrived on time and worked hard to ensure a successful bar service for The Opulent Experience Marquee at the Durban July. I will definitely work with the team in future!

Service Excellence, run by Nicky Cawood and her team in the KZN Midlands are an event management and event staffing company that come highly recommended. Their attention to detail, highly trained staff, including waiters and bartenders are exceptional. I just want to commend Thabs on her incredible skills to manage her team so well and officiantly. It is so wonderful working with this kind incredible human being. You really should be very proud to have her as part of your team. Everytime she and I work together we just gel and she completely gets me. I would really like to ask you to please send Thabs to us everythime if possible we just work so well together and I just absolutely love her to bits.For the Same day I would also like to give a special shout to:Noma 2 with her pom pom hair, she can walk in to any room and lighten it up. Her spunky but seriousness is so special and she always makes me laugh and the guests Love her. The Way she fusses over her people is remarkable.Lula and Philile as well deserve a special mention as they are always absolutely fantastic and go the extra mile no matter what is asked of them.I just really wanted to commend Thabs and her way she handles her team. She is awesome.Also I would like to make a special mention for Mhle who I had the pleasure of working with a couple times and spent a lot of time with 2 weeks ago but would love to have her more often.
