A friend of ours bought us a whole chicken and chips. The chicken was watery and wasn’t braai’d like said, the whole me was cold. This is not the first time to get take outs..the last meal was paella, the rice was uncooked and didn’t even look like a pealla, come on. Honestly I don’t think I’d eat from Pedros again!!

I am a regular at Pedro's in general. This branch, I frequent, but the service is terrible and Noxolo has an attitude. Also, who does your planning? How do you just run out of rice? Your extra hot is mild and your staff don't listen to customers. They don't even clean dirty tables and when you ask Themba to do so, he gives attitude. And Mr Themba returned with our food, he stood shamelessly drooling" over my female work colleague and it made her uncomfortable and I did not agree with his inappropriate behaviour and told him to leave. Time to step it up. Maybe ask Long Street how."

My wife and I were invited to have dinner at her sister's house (in Ottery) on Thursday evening. The sister bought Chicken on rice platters at your Grassy Park branch. The next day the sister's two sons suffered severe food poisoning.My wife and I were unaware of this. The Friday evening we decided to buy a half chicken platter on rice and one burger. The next day I had severe food poisoning. I vomited violently the night. I am very concerned that the high demand at your stores prioritises sales rather than quality. I will never visit a Pedros store again. The wasn't great at all - low class, in my view.

I was excited to try Pedro's for the first time. Their paper serviettes say Our Chick's are Hotter Than Yours".Yesterday I ordered 4 x 1/4 chicken meals as take aways. 2x lemon and herb and 2x mild. I waited a reasonable 20 minutes. Sadly I was sorely disappointed in the rather pale

I'm gonna be brutally honest...It did not take long for Pedro's cloak to fly off and reveal nandos underneath....the chicken strips in the paella are a joke..see image for scale of three chicken strips" :(..smaller than nuggets....The whole chicken portions are tiny now.The honey moon period is well and truly over.Reality has set in hard after the great start.Its back to KFC for my family unfortunately."

Listen. Its not that difficult to follow instructions I don't understand why you guys get this wrong. I ordered a HOT paella you give me lemon and herb, I ordered a leg 1/4 you gave a breast. Simple listening and reading skills can go along way. Take note of what you're doing and leave bladdly tiktok and stuff. You dropped the ball and we never learn!

I had the worst ever experience. So give my order at 7:35pm i order the maxi meal they tell me can't sell that they don't have rice, its fine i dont even want that..cashier says no they can't sell like that ok fine i take the mini meal..now I'm waiting on my food but i see there's people waiting since before i got there ND there's orders standing but no1 is calling out the food..after a hour of waiting fir my food i go up and ask how long still, cashier tells me there's no more chicken they can give me keg quarters instead of the hole chicken..I was so angry i told them but they had to tell us this when we placed our order that we gonna wait that long for food but that manager had a bad attitude towards customers..at tge end of my almost 1hour 30 minute wait i left without any food..never am i going back to pedro

Went to Pedro's in Plumstead tonight to get a full chicken meal for dinner. The person who served me(should have gotten her name) had a smile on her face the entire time! The chicken was amazing, will definitely be going back and trying all the other flavours! Yummy decent size chicken for a great price!
