I was referred to this firm by the Estate Agent that sold my Property. It was a massive mistake as this firm has no regard for customer service. Carlo is arrogant and rude and his paralegal Pamela is completely inefficient.Worst law firm to deal with - take your business else where they value their clients.

Sadly it’s not due to your exorbitant fees (which other attorneys are charging half off and sadly you guys want to hold us to using you) it’s due to your arrogance and disregard for the people in front of you, lack of customer service and “take it or leave it attitude”. I mean now we’re happy to leave it yet we’re being held hostage. Happy for you to transfer my money back and allow me to appoint someone else :) also thanks for slamming the door of your office as you left us without even saying goodbye (I know you saw me enter as you left).“Formed by four young, dynamic attorneys with a desire to approach the practice of law in an innovative way with a focus on providing excellent service.”Excellent service is certainly not what we received. In future maybe call clients and ask why a bad taste was left instead of assuming it’s merely the exorbitant fees. 2 issues. Fees + service.We own property from Umhlanga and Zimbali to Cape Town. Overall horrible experience. Bad client service. These attorneys have no sense of how to treat clients , they're socially awkward and seem have an issue dealing with people of colour. I was appalled at the behaviour of the guy that handled my transaction who claimed to be the director of the company, he did a dispicable job of explaining the fees owing to him and apatheticly informed us that he doesn't care about what we do with the bill that he put forth to us all he cares is that the money gets transferred into his account. Unfortunately now, I'm being forced to use his services despite having a quote from another attorney charging less than half of the price. Also, thanks for slamming the door after you left us outside of your office, that's always a good way to bid clients off.

Nicola & Carlo were awesome to deal with! They made the whole process of transferring our property such a breeze. Nothing was too much trouble, Carlo even chased up our deposit refund from Ethekwini Municipality. Would recommend them to anyone!
