I have only received amazing service from the team at this store. They have supplied us with the boards for our kitchen renovation as well as our bedroom built in cupboards. They offer speedy service and always deliver on time. I will never use another company to supply our wood again. Looking forward to many more home projects with them.

Very unprofessional service. Very efficient when it comes to taking your money, but failed to deliver on all avenues! Delivery was delayed, no communication unless I called for feedback. I had to call them 8 times over 2 days after confirming delivery on 13/05, the tops only arrived the next day, despite my numerous calls on Friday and being assured that the delivery will happen on the 13th. Saturday morning after a few calls, I was told the driver was on his way, an hour later I was told that he had to go back as he forgot to load one of the tops. When the tops arrived, I asked them to take one of the 5 tops upstairs and was told they are not allowed to as per the company policy, there after the story changed, the driver said that he can't due to an injury. This is the kind of behavior from a small / start up organization who are still finding their feet, not a giant like timbercity! Really poor service guys!

If I could give it no stars i would. Had a bad experience, had pictures of what I needed to do and sizes. The unprofessional staff just wanted me to get someone out to come and do the work for me. Wanted the sample which I dont have and I had to tell them twice. Then the lady said that she cant work like this and started being rude. Went to another company they helped immediately and said it was straight forward and couldn't understand why they couldn't help me. They need technical training and learn how to work with clients.
