A woman petrol porter named Dodo was so rude I was shocked out of my mind when she told me no she would not check my tyre pressure on my car, I thought we all have bad days so I left it, the very next day she did the same thing!! Every morning I now put petrol in over the road by Total where they are actually friendly and want to help me!

It is engineer reliable

Overfilled my tank by 8 litres then had the nerve to say it was my fault. Paid and left- shocking service and serious attitude problem.

In fact I want to state something about this petrol filling station garage@Cnr OR Tambo Rd &, Stevenson St, Emalahleni, I once had an interview with some of the petrol attendants. I only find out they are not happy at all in fact their are so demoralized in terms of a strategic plan of this garage.This garage has 8 Pumps but only 3 to 4 petrol attendants who are performing their task during the day. Which is coursing a huge delays for the clients and also coursing the faults from the employees of this garage. And when it comes at night only one petrol attendant who is working at night and only one cashier sometimes you can find out only woman who are working at night. Then the question is where is the safety there"?Then if we check their uniforms their not neat this employees they need a new uniforms from down to bttoth.And I also asked them about the incentives bonus unfortunately they do not even know whats that.Because according to my understanding each and every employees they need a motivation which is called incentives bonus and increament once a year.But I understand the source of this unacceptable performance is that this garage doesn't have a manager and its a first time in my life I have seen the business which doesn't have a manager.So I want to say to the owners of this garage if you want more clients try to add more staff this garage is running under the shortage of staff
