Pick n Pay Mall at Lebo

Used to look forward to going to PicknPay but lately there's been a major shortage of trolleys and baskets and that's honestly just frustrating.

When I visit Pnp lebowakgomo I know I'm going to get a good service and get what I want without even asking because they make our favourite products available and visible

Very very bad in terms of trolley services. In fact the word bad is very word to explain it.

This shop is always clean,shelves are well stocked and the food is fresh.A few times per day you can buy freshly baked bread and just harvested fresh produce.The Staff is well trained and always do their best to keep the Customers happy,The other reason I go to this shop is the fact that they don't have long queues except on the odd weekend when Old Age Pensions pay out

Convenient shopping, all in one mall. Pick n Pay is my favorite shop, quality,fresh food at affordable prices. The cleanest shop i love most.

Very poor service. I'm extremely disappointed in what I witnessed at the store. Just imagine in such a deadly pandemic , most of the staff were not wearing masks and they didn't even care!! Even kitchen staff. How will we use what we bought freely knowing that there's no compliance to Covid-19 regulations? Customers walk in and out without being sanitized. We were made to wait outside for over thirty minutes during what was said to be operating hours and told that there's no manager that has arrived yet so they cant operate. Imagine!! When we got into the store it was so filthy all over. As if that wasn't enough, only two cashiers on tills with long lines during the festives and we couldn't even claim items on sale for whatever reason! Zero hygiene , zero compliance, poor management

Customer management needs to be updated it’s always full and congested

Just received the worst customer service. There were so rude and they have a bad attitude. One of them even rolled their eyes at me.

Always packed. Wish they could do something about their drive inns and entrances. It's easy to get your car damaged or scratched.

The outlet could do with a few more cashiers. You find a really long line with 3, at best 4 cashiers on duty.
