Customer Service is impeccable. A quaint hair salon on a semi quiet street of Cavendish located on the first floor. Dorne and her team ensured effeciency and comfortability from phonecall enquiries to entering the salon. It is a serene atmosphere filled with smiles. Dorne advised ideal hair treatments which suited my pocket. Clearly she was concerned about tge wellbeing of my hair. Great stuff.

Lady advertised a botox treatment on wikideals, fortunately I've been for many botox treatments and this was definitely not what I expected. The lady just washed and blew dry my hair. There was no difference when done.

Great experience every time. Donnay is wonderful and personable and creates a relaxing atmosphere. In addition, she actually listens to what you want and does just that unlike some stylists who impose their own view or try to coerce you into changing your requirements. I am always happy with my hair when I'm done and I get tons of compliments. I didn't even know that my hair could look so silky!
