Unfriendly service by the changing room staff. Woman was dismissive and inattentive, and too busy talking to the Tyme Bank ambassador who was lounging on the chair in the changing room.

My boyfriend went into Markham Canal Walk on Wednesday evening with an intention to buy a new outfit for his work trip. He had unfortunately lost is Loyalty card and asked the cashier if he could still put the clothing on his account regardless. He had is drivers license and account number. The ladies working at the teller told him unfortunately that wouldn't be possible and he can apply for a new card but they need an ID - the drivers wouldnt be sufficient.Throughout this whole interaction the ladies at the til were condescending, assuming he was “poor” “didnt have any money” and being straight up rude. As he walked away they started laughing.He returned with the outfit he was going to buy and they were shocked he would actually be making a purchase. These employees made my boyfriend feel belittled and this interaction was unacceptable. Is there a predacious against account holders that we dont know about?I was appalled when i heard this story and am very upset about the customer care.

Naz who was posted at the dressing room was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She explained how we could try to locate a suit that was not available at Canal Walk branch. True asset to the branch

Asked a guy steaming clothes if they have stock of a certain item. Instead of saying he wasn't available to assist for whatever reason, he just told me that there is no stock. I walked over to the next aisle and saw the item I was looking for.
