Staff members very helpful, always willing to assist. They go as far as checking other branches where you can find the books which they do not have at their store

Surprisingly, although it was quite small when compared with the other Van Schaik book stores I have been to, I found the book I was looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the experience.

I needed a particular book and a call was placed on my behalf to this bookshop. When I arrived barely 30 minutes later, the book was ready for my collection with a small gift. The price was steep, but it's most likely the going price anyway. I was out of the shop within a few minutes.

Friendly staff. Very helpful and they branch order whatever they don't have ( everytime I branch order they tell me 5-7 working days but most times I still get to collect the same day) . Please maybe just remove your old premises ( Peter rd.) -thanks for the great service!

Shocking service, when you come in to them 3 weeks earlier to ensure that your daughter has the required books, and they have the excuse of not finding the order. REALLY come on you gave me the quote. Now you can't find me on your system. Won't recommend you to anyone after this kind of service.

Absolutely terrible, first I've told them I'm needing a book for my metric exams, I asked them to order saying it could take 2 to 4 weeks. Then time skip to 4 weeks later, they said I didn't ask them to order it. Going back and finally asking they said it will take 3 days. Which then it was more days after what they said. Ringing them now again they are making excuses for why they don't have the book. I get it's a difficult textbook but these have gotten out of hand considering my exams are around the corner now. Not so friendly either.
