Service from Rydell and the other staff in store was fantastic assisting me with an issue I had with equipment I had purchased.

The worst service I received from the assistant where I wanted to buy an activity tracker.. She was very preoccupied talking to her collegues and when I asked her to assist me she said that the instructions are in the box. I bought a a hawawei pro 2 band. Won't go back there. This was in gateway.. Only went here as there was stock. I initially went to the pavilion branch and they were so much more helpful but had no stcok of the item

Always seems to be out of stock of the size that i want once i find what i am looking for. Must be karma

Best staff experience at this store hands down! This is now my go to Cape Union Mart. Staff went over and beyond, spending a lot of time to make sure I get the jacket my wife wanted which wasn’t available in-store(or in Durban). Ended up getting quite a bit of my backpacking gear from here. Will keep coming back even though I don’t need anything haha.

Customer service at CU La Lucia is one of the best(of any store) that Ive had the pleasure to experience! What stands out: Staff dont focus on administrative duties and paperwork(like at every other store) but are attentive to the Customers movement in the store! Would attest this to what must be a great Management team and kind Staff that have a passion for hospitality! CU Pavilion is another winning store for Customer service. Attentive/available for query and assistance/quick service/ warm welcome AS you enter/ seamless store experience. Great customer journey experienced in both these stores. Richards Bay store also good service- just that product range is limited here.Thanks Cape Union- will always be back
