I was there Thursday to buy 50 balloons and the sales lady suggested that I buy the helium cylinder for R700.00 that I can refill. After using the cylinder I was told at a helium refill company that the Cylinder can’t be refilled. I did call the sales lady and she 1st said she did not know that it can’t be refilled and later called me back to tell me she can’t remember telling me that it cant be refilled, and the other lady that was also standing there can’t remember either and the owner is in China.Absolutely terrible service and not taking any responsibility for giving me the wrong information of there products.

If there was a minus, I would rate these people on a negative scale. The Chinese owner is NEVER available, does not return calls and thinks that he can bypass every South African law possible - I bought 2 items valued at R700 altogether from the other shop that he owns in the same complex - The Gift Shop - I bought 1 item on the Thursday in the afternoon and still asked the lady at the counter if i could bring it back if i had any issues - she said yes sure that is 100%, I then bought the other vape on friday for someone as a gift, i took mine back on saturday just after i had finished work because it was not working - the lady tells me that i need to come back on monday because she needed to speak to the owner, so i did - of which i told her that both of the devices was not working and as per CPA i am entitled to a full refund on the goods - she refused and told me that the owner will not refund me because i did not bring it back the next day. I left my contact details and I am still waiting for the owner to call me back - they have 3 shops - one in Randfontein i believe, waste of money, time and energy!!!!!
