The facilitator Mandla Mtsweni really knows what he was teaching. Kept the audience(learners) engaged. For efficient learning I would suggest to get fast working internet cause facilitator had poor connection which prolonged the whole online learning process regardless of that I personally learned a lot. I will definitely use this knowledge in my current role.
