I had been searching for a 7 way switch for my electric oven for more than a year during which time we have been cooking everything in a air fryer, when suddenly I discovered Appliance Parts Online. What a pleasure to deal with this company. First of all they actually had the part in stock. Secondly the on-line buying experience was without doubt the best on-line service I have ever had. My order was processed seamlessly and within a minute of payment I received a call from them advising me that they had received my order and payment and the shipment would be made he following day. In a time where service delivery is not a priority in South Africa, I have found a place that still value that little part that goes such a long way!Appliance Parts Online does not just have good service, they have excellent service!!I have been struggling to get a filter bag for my Genesis vacuum cleaner when I stumbled across Appliance Parts Online on Wednesday the 25th of May. They also did not have stock. I enquired if they would be getting in again around 11:00 and by the end of the day Phill informed me that the stock has been received and he even assisted with placing the order.When all just went too smooth, I thought it is too good to be true (so sorry that we must immediately feel that good service delivery is a scam). We phoned to make sure that everything is above water. Phill was so nice and accepted that we first wanted to verify his business.By Friday the 27th of May my parcel was delivered out in rural Limpopo.Thank you Phill, may your excellent service not only be for your clients benefit, but also to your benefit!
