Very disappointed in how a situation was handled at the Birthday Shop yesterday. The manager was extremely rude and displayed no customer service skills. We buy ALL our cards there and have bought many gifts, but will not be going back. We had balloons blown up and by the next day they were completely flat. When we returned we were then only told the balloons last for 8-12 hours. This is fine, but I feel we should have been told this before hand. Overall, it is how the manager handled the situation that was so unpleasant. She point blank refused to offer a replacement or even apologize and just started to argue.
