Suzuki Centurion

The entire experience was extremely positive:I did an online query and Donovan got back to me within hours.first visit to have a look and my trade-in to be evaluated. Second visit was to collect my new car... the whole process taking all of 3 days. Yep, folks! ...that's three days! I will certainly recommend Suzuki Centurion, the Suzuki Ciaz motor car and the after sales interest and service I've received thus far.

The place is convenient and efficient...the security guard is really patient ...seeing as we saw him be calm in the face of some really rude patrons...we must understand he is there to do a job ...overall had a good experience there.

I recently took my Swift in for a major service. I was constantly kept up to date while waiting for a specific part. In general, great experience.

Extremely poor service from the service department. Parts required to repair what was wrong with the vehicle were not in stock. It was not advised that these needed to be paid for in advance to be ordered, nor was it advised that the repair could not be done without them. This was left for the day I collected the vehicle after they'd had it for 14 days. Parts take 21 days to ship. NiceRequests for quotes were ignored. Trying to call for updates was a nightmare being bounced around from the front desk to the workshop and back again, only to finally leave a message which was never returned on multiple occasions. Apparently there's a customer satisfaction form to complete once a job is done. I was never offered one. Wonder why, Kurt?I did get a call a week later to follow up on my experience, in which I relayed the story above. I was promised a call from the crm manager. I've never heard from them on mail, or phone, nor have I heard from anyone else.In spite of the extremely poor service I've received from the service departments this time, their workshop does do quality work and I have had less frustrating experiences previously. Not great, but not shocking like this.I would recommend not taking your vehicle to this branch. Suzuki has great mechanics at every one I've been to. I have only experienced this level of service at this branch.

Phenyo was prompt and attended to all my requirements to assist in my purchase of a new vehicle !

Sent my car there for a repair. Took them 7 working days to send me a quote (that I was quoted would take 3 hours). Every time I call the blame was just shifted around. Involved the dealer principal, then only did something happen. Would not use there services again even if my car broke down in the paring lot.

Very disappointed.I was determined to buy a suzuki but i ended up standing around, asking for help while the sales guys sat behind their desks.Eventually someone helped me but told me i can send my info to his email to be added to a waiting list.I went to another branch for better service and bought what i went for.

Terrible service from sales staff. They don't value clients and not very willing to help. If you're looking to buy a Suzuki, rather drive a little bit further, go to the next place and get proper service!
