What could have been a nightmare turned into a wonderful experience thanks to Charlie Johnston and Roxanne for their quick action and dedication to provide optimum service to their clients. We were set to move into our newly leased property when the landlord notified Charlie and Roxanne that the property utilities were disconnected. This a day before our move, removal company booked and literally no other alternative! Charlie jumped into action to locate a home for us within 2 hours, viewing the same afternoon, credit approval plus keys hand over the very same day!
