I have paid CMS technical for an upgrade for my security system in at there shop beginning of November and till date 08-12-2021 no one has phoned me.I even phoned twice to find out when they will come and fit my alarm all the say I will phone you later, even I tried to speak to the manager the lady says she will tell the manager to phone me still waiting. waste of time to get them to install a alarm system rather get a private installer.

We joined CMS a few months ago and I am glad we did. Their professionalism and tactics are way ahead of any security company we have used in the past. They pay attention to the smallest details and they make sure everythings is fine, even if it is a false alarm. They are a force to be reckoned with. Proud to be part of the family. Thanks for keeping us safe.

Very efficient and prompt service, called the call center late at night to ask if it's possible for a escort out of a dangerous area. They were very helpful and courteous and sent out a response vehicle to assist within a 5 minutes. Great service with a smile.

Poor communication, poor service, poor follow-up. Absolutely useless in providing a professional security service. Very unprofessional group of OPS managers"

My old review still has not changed except for 3 things I feel I need to Add. During December my neighbor phoned mee up at like 01:00, she was feeding her baby when she heard something outside. They had no security of their own and I told her if she ever had a problem to contact me. I immediately phoned the emergency room and within minutes the Drunken intruder was caught and removed.The next is not so easy but I have to thank every single soul at CMS for their assistanc. My mom had Leukaemia and though she wanted to stay in her Garden Cottage until the end she was moved to my sisters house in Birchleigh North. Last Friday morning she passed away and we needed to get a Paramedic to confirm her death and complete paperwork.I immediately called CMS as we have medical response also. I quickly explained the situation and they immediately sent someone there, even though the address was not even in a area where they were working. When we arrived there, there was even a Response Vehicle there and they asked if they should send out a Chaplain.That is absolutely above and beyond what any other Security Providers would do!!Then came the tricky part, as my mom only paid for her own security and her Cottage was already included with BPCP, we had to transfer the contact to us for the time being which also meant a greater expense for us, as mom was charged as a pensioner, but as neither my husband nor I qualified for the less costly plan. The first information was provided as we expected, but with all the additional expenses we are facing ( mom's electricity, wi-fi, rates and taxes has always been for free) for the fotceable future, we explained our situation with the company and they granted us the same fee as my mother had paid for the next year.We are truely as proud and appreciative of everything that CMS has done for us from the day we signed up 19, almost 20 years ago, that it just cannot be described in words. If their service in our area should ever stop, I'll literally shall be packing my bags and move to a place where I know these people are there looking out for me.GUYS, if your ever patrolling x3 a d see my front door open, knock an I shall offer you a cup of coffee or a cool drink. Me casa etc. su casa!We have been members for almost 20 years and not once did we have problems with their service or cost.Once my mom's Car Battery was drained and her vehicle was at the back of our single, multiple vehicle, Garage, thus no way to jumpstart it with one of our vehicles.I called the dispatcher and two vehicles showed up. The men pushed her car out of our steep yard and 5 minutes later we were on our way to pick up my husband from the Airport.We have found them extremely charitable and always willing to assist, even with our Snake'y not so nice friends.

We used to have a lot of issues in my complex with various of our past security companies. CMS have by far been the best and most secure I have seen out complex in over a decade living here. Not only that but I would say their staff are the friendliest. We've had a hiccup or two but that happens. Reaction times are good to great and the call centre responsive. I would recommend them to others.

I've had cms at my old house and never any worries or complaints. The response team I also can't complain about. Technical however leaves a lot to be desired. After 8 months the one remote still doesn't work and the 2 outside beams tonight conked in so I can't set my alarm. New equipment. This is not the quality I'm used to from cms and I am at my wits end. My daughter phoned numerous times and requested a manager to contact her but nothing happened. Perhaps it's time to consider ditching cms.

Literally the best security company I've ever come across.. we use them for our business and they perform over and above whats expected!I'll recommend them to anyone & everyone!What a fantastic company! Glad to see such passion in a world filled with mediocrity.
