Would definitely recommend this company. Came within 30 min of me calling, helped me to avoid overtime costs. Were 5 min late the next morning but phoned to say they were on their way, which doesn't happen. Stuck to their quote.Pleasant and professional technicians.Geyser replacement.

In November we asked for a quote....paid 50%....the job was done....we paid the balance.In December we received an email stating that there was an invoice outstanding......we re-sent the proof of payments and they apologised.Last week I asked for a quote on a job. I received a rather rude email yesterday saying they could not help me as there was an oustanding invoice since Nov 2021!I was horrified - looked back and once again sent the proof of payments.The email I have just received just riled me.... ....there was an apology....but many excuses and nothing to say why, if in their books there was an outsanding invoice since Nov 21, they never once contacted me.I am rather disgusted.....and now finding the service elsewhere

We had a brilliant experience with staff who were professional, efficient and friendly (special shout out to Casmar and David), who came quickly and sorted out the issue while keeping us informed each step of the way so that we did not get a terrible surprise with the invoice at the end (and rates are very reasonable!). Plus the admin was easy and the booking was made quickly and without hassle.We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

We had a problem with crumbling drain infrastructure. I was super impressed with Greenz Plumbing's turnaround times. They quoted within a day, and did the job in less time than they quoted for (so our bill was adjusted downwards). It's wonderful to deal with such a responsive company, something that is all too rare in Cape Town. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from receptionist to technicians. My geyser was not warming the water, the guys checked everything and found out that the timer was broken. They fixed it and the job was done. I will definitely use them in future for all plumbing issues.

Three weeks ago I had a leak detection done by Greenz Plumbing. I requested the cost and was informed it will be R950. The guys doing the service was great but after the detection I was charged R1700 for the service and I had to pay on the spot. I was promised a quotation for the fix of the leak. No quotation was emailed as promised and I had to phone again asking for the quotation. Also requested a report for the insurance emailed 3 times and phone 4 times. Just got one email stating report will follow soon and now three weeks later no report. I had to contact another company to redo the detection again. Very bad service.

A very big thank you to Petro, David and team who provided the most amazing friendly, professional and efficient service. There were tree roots growing in my pipes and I was constantly kept informed of what they found and what work needed to be done to repair the damage. I have used Greenz plumbing in the past and will most definitely use them for any future plumbing issues. I highly recommend Greenz Plumbing
